Pediatricians, Family, practitioners, physician assistants.

Pediatricians: Are medical doctors, specializing in the care of infants, children and teenagers, as well as the treatment of their diseases. This care include routine well child checkups, including developmental, hearing and visual screening, immunization, lab test and sick visits. We comply with the standards set by the American academy of pediatrics.

Pediatricians, Family doctors and Physician assistants,  have as their primary commitment the provision of patient-centered care which is psychosocial, physical and spiritual in nature. Pediatricians and Family doctors,  receive 4 years of medical school training and 3 years of residency training in Pediatrics and Family medicine, Physician assistants,   receive 4 to 5 years of bachelor level training in accredited PA programs in colleges or universities.

All of these providers also must pass a certifying examination and licensing examinations before they can practice in the state of Arizona. After their training is completed, these  providers   can provide the full spectrum of care to their patients, including family-centered prenatal and delivery care; infants, children services, GYN, adult and child preventive services, managing current and chronic illnesses, and teaching patients how to prevent or reduce the likelihood of further illness.
