After hour calls are for urgent medical matters only when the office is closed, calls are taken by the answering service until 10:00 pm during week days and from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm during weekends.
A Doctor will be on call to answer medical questions; rutine questions, referrals, prescriptions and appointments should be save four office hours.
